About Jasmine
Jasmine has end-stage renal failure (chronic kidney disease). She has peritoneal dialysis for 13.5 hours every day which clears her blood of toxins and takes off any excess fluid. Her diet is carefully monitored so that she gets everything she needs in order to grow normally and become eligible for a kidney transplant.
